Before founding Task Ell, Ell spent years mastering administrative support and operations, eventually becoming the operational backbone for the businesses she supported. She knew the ins and outs of daily operations so thoroughly that whenever she stepped away, teams quickly realised how much depended on her systems. Through her work with small business owners across various industries, she built exceptional client relationships and remarkable retention by consistently keeping their businesses running smoothly.
She created Task Ell to give business owners access to that same level of high-level operational support in a flexible, cost-efficient way. Backed by broad expertise in operations, project management, business strategy, and financial management, Ell holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology. This blend of operational know-how and psychological insight allows her to manage the practical, day-to-day work while truly understanding the vision and communication needs behind what every client is building.
Kath has spent close to a decade turning scattered processes into clear systems and messy data into decisions you can act on.
She is also Ell's right hand, keeping Task Ell and your projects running smoothly behind the scenes. Together with Daphne, she leads Task Ell's process and AI automation reviews, starting with how a business actually runs before recommending any new tool.
Daphne has spent over a decade writing and producing for television and digital media.
She brings that same storytelling instinct to copy, scripts, and content, whether that is an email marketing campaign or your next reel. Alongside Kath, she also leads Task Ell's process and AI automation reviews, drawing on hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows for other clients.
